Code made binary system, no feeling no awareness. But consciousness known thought and existence awareness.  Artificial intelligence is growing very fast. From mobile apps to self driving cars. A.I is everywhere but one question raises can A.I think and feel like humans. A.I originate from the human brain. Human brain present in self awareness but A.I no real awareness. Brain is a biological machine, if process same then result can same. 

But A.I copy the human nature. Codes understanding easy but consciousness challenge. A.I can process information solve problems and even learn from data. System like chatbots. However this is not real thinking. It is based on algorithms and data, not independent understanding. A.I recognize emotions, it can detect person happiness and sad through voice and facial expression's. but this is not same feeling and emotions.                      

Geoffrey Hinton known as God father of A.I.  Geoffrey Hinton and DEMIS Hassabis A.I powerful code will be created. Nick Bostrom and Elon Musk says A.I can become dangerous in future. And not claim any scientists that A.I is already conscious but understanding the human nature. Human eyes gave signals to brain and brain tell meaning it's type our brain think understand and take decision. But A.I detect the image, store the data but not feel data probability.

 Human says I exist but A.I says-I am programmed. Human have experience and awareness but A.I have computation and simulation. A.I is an interdisciplinary field means explaining the same problem multiple ways but consciousness is a problem that exist between science technology and philosophy. A.I not a technology they reshape the human civilization. A.I changing the human thinking, depend in A.I decision, lots of impact create changing job structure and increase job automation to productivity, create new job but multiple impact create in human life. Increasing people interaction less to others people. Increase digital dependency. 

Chatbots giving emotional support. Many people say's A.I is ethical or not, does A.I make fair decision or is it biased, simply explain A.I can be both fair and biased. If you trained good then obtain balance data. A.I learn from data made by humans. If the data is unfair, A.I decision can also become unfair, so A.I is not naturally fair it depends on how it is built and trained. Let's say scientific impact - drug discovery fast and space research improve. Cognitive impact-human attention span decrease, human mind direct effect and deep thinking can decrease. Future impact-civilization direction may change . Psychological impact-human emotion can effect, loneliness can be increase or decrease both and identity crisis. language and communication- A.I is marking communication faster and more global but may reduce emotional depths and some misunderstanding. Legal factor- legal factor are important to makes sure A.I is safe fair and responsible. 

Without proper laws, A.I can create serious problems. A.I based mass surveillance is powerful but risky. It can protect society but it misused, it can harm privacy and freedom so it need strict laws and ethical control. A.I is creative and mixed factor, creative limited and data based. Mixed because it used many field. If you are thinking that machine can think then what makes humans special. Let's fell even if machine can think in a limited way, human are special because of consciousness, emotions, values and true understanding. A.I is powerful but it is still a tool created by humans. But A.I is not just technology- it is power. Those who develop and control A.I may shape the future of the economy, it must be used responsibly to avoid misuse.              

 Indian government approach-A.I for all focus on inclusive growth. Major goal improve health care modernize agriculture and make accessible education, focus skill develop. A.I not job killer but job enhancer. China approach to A.I is fast powerful and government driven. It focuses on growth control and global leadership. European Union follow ethical A.I but India's approach balance. But private companies taking more benefit and fastest growth and government help them. Real World in A.I control mixed- government play a role of legislative and executive both. A.I is a powerful tool but it's impact depends on human choices. Civilization future rest on our ethical and responsible use of A.I, in the end technology is a mirror of human values, it amplifies what we are, for better or worse.
