Iran-Israel war:Complete Impact on global economy, oil , rupee and common people(2026)

The Iran-Israel-USA war is no longer limited to two countries. It is now affecting the global economy, politics and daily life across the world. One of the most important reasons is the Strait of Hoemuz a narrow sea routes through which nearly 20 percent of the world's oil supply passes. Any tension here creates fear of supply disruption, pushing oil prices higher.                                     Higher oil prices increase inflation globally. This means higher fuel cost expensive food and raising transport charges. Countries that depends heavily on oil imports are most affected. India for i.e imports around 85 percent of its oil. Even a small rises in oil prices increase it's import bill by billions of dollars weaken the rupee and widens the trade deficit. The war also affects global trade and supply chains. Shiping routes become risky and costly, especially around west Asia. This increases the cost of goods world wide. At the same time investor money to safer assets like US dollar during uncertainty. During this strengthen the dollar and weakens currencies of developing countries. Another major impact is on jobs and businesses. Small businesses face rising costs, companies slow down hiring and global employment growth weakness. Poor and middle-class people are affected the most because inflation directly reduces their purchasing power. They are also several hidden and long term impacts. Defence spending is rising across countries, reducing attacks and digital risk are increasing. Major infrastructure project like indie - middle East Europe economic corridor may slow down. Tourism and aviation sector are also affected due to high fuel costs and unsafe routes.          The conflict also impacts remittances, as many workers and students in West Asia may face same crisis. Food and fertilizer prices can rise due to supply disruption affecting farmers and poorer nations. And larger level global institutions are struggling to manage the crisis, showing limits of international cooperation.                                   Economists explain the cost of in three parts (a) direct military spending, (b) indirect economic impact, (c) opportunity cost low development. In this case indirect cost such as inflation trade disruption and slow economic growth are the most significant.      Iran Israel war is reshaping global power balance and increasing economic pressure world wide. It's real impact is not limited to the battlefield but is seen in rising prices, growing uncertainty in everyday.
