Scheduled caste represent communities that have historically disadvantaged and faced discrimination. Socialy politically, economically and educationally. Prasent time create a brand name dalit not only self respect rather empowerment historically injustice. And dalit youth feel courage and confidence. We all know that largely students and youth not well maturity and some arrogant but if we understand his background and surrounding environment, financial stability then we feel real problem. Dalit word fell identity dignity and justice expression. Present time largely educate and uneducate dalit says jai bheem. Jai bheem means slogan and visible impact of revolution educated and uneducated youth. Strategic policy driven long term empowerment dalit youth. We know know that ground level fight uneducate youth but hardly benefit. I practically feel this thing. Scheduled caste mostly economically and agriculturally weak. So other land of owner agriculture in hardworking. Women large amount goes why less amount move city and so on. Small- small thing create lot of problems and mostly dalit desroy, if any one success any land or jobs then lot of people create his motivation. But if we understand 100 in 90 youth today's future destroy. Why not octain well opportunity, education environment, good platform and good family .we all know that without skill and zero knowledge blindly use. Where zero knowledge create fear and this opportunity use others people. We learn nature that powerful animal eat weak animal. But some animal fight full potentially to strong animal and create his internal fear. Prasent time this thing can do only unity. In Simple word says intellectual emotional response trigger revolution. Revolution means not only slogan but knowledge awareness and then social reshape. We want to think that jai bheem not only slogan rather seen express and lens of identity awareness. It's approach not only strength of dalit empowerment while understanding and unity build.B.R Ambedkar think each and every person self respect identity. Each and every individual not feel bad rather some people well mature and understand each and every individual values. Educate and some uneducate people know knowledge and non aggression reflect emotions and attitude. Awareness empathy insight analysis storytelling and this right is a legal tools. Jai bheem itself not hatred rather feel that we are live or something happening in real time. Problem root of scheduled caste without land, economy without respective job ,society and so on. Lot of people these communities work in slum areas, live in slum areas, canal cleaning, toilet cleaning and casual labour so reservation is only way to contains respected job, society. If others communities feel that this process is wrong then provide natural resources equal justice. But we know that is not possible. I humbly respect that his some pathway is but other no option. I practically seen lot of girl going city and thought meet me respective job but no opportunity rather lot of places exploit and harass and no spoken to others. Why lot of fear of society, family not well understand the situation of girl, so easily exploit and harass. We can think globalization effect of poor people, not well skill,support family, well education and can not purchase well education, family time, and some role play dowry system. If we see well educated expression strategic measured some time silent cause high career reputation societal position risk perception. And low educated vocal direct protest or public protest, politically contest low less to loose socially and economically. And we see high slogan protest media visible. If we critically understand manipur situation clearly what is correct and what is wrong. Slogan and revolution visible impacts dalit youth. Our motive not only vote balance rather focus equality, equity and equal respect for all sector. This thing can not do only Government but our society pay equal respect then our country make fast progressive, right judgment. Then each individual contains right identity, dignity and justice expression. This revolution not dalit identity rather each and every community involves, why bhim work every society, women, and country. We all know equality ,equity,justice, liberty, fraternity talk about our Constitution but not implement in our country roots level. Today's seen discrimination untouchable, inequality. And lot of people jai bhim word. Why no want that contain self respect, respected job. When this thing seen dalit people or aware people then create hatred others caste society and motivate word dalit, jai bhim. We all know that love is create love and hate create hate. We don't want create irregularities in our system but dalit only want identity, dignity, justice and self respect. We know that each and every individual paining mental stress and badily but socialist justice given all individual, can do happy. Some people say's scheduled caste don't accept God but clearly says according to Gita each and every individual belief God some belief `SAKAR ROOP' i.e worship temple, tree, and so on , and some belief `NIRAKAR ROOP' i.e wind, water, earth and so on. So dont hatred scheduled caste people, his expression express inequality, injustice and historically untouchable against. Each and every individual body in God prasence. So don't create hate. I think each and every individual see world different-2 eye and create different-2 thought. But nature behavior same. We thought his aggression his emotions. If we will give love then hate convert love. Then society against his behaviour change. All caste and communities awareness necessary that scheduled caste discrimination faces historically. Prasent time his fight dignity, identity and justice. Blindly don't use misunderstanding and fear.
