Job crisis faced by youth in india

Indias in job crisis are not employment crisis. 100 people go in competition or job but 80 reject and 10 select and 10 choose self employed. Indias total labour force is hovering around 64cr.which at the age groups 15 -59 and therefore India has been acknowledge as a country of demographic dividend but at the same time indias labour market highly skeived has been suffering from multiple chalanges. 

Most of our labour force of cyclical employment. Agriculture contribute 16% GDP and labour participate 45% which worst form. As per India employment report 2024-4.5% of our labour force which is working agriculture sector which is not paying. India has a very poor industrial productivity. From the year 2000 to the year 2012 indias job growth rate of just above 2% and 2012 to 2024 it has been drop further. Therefore we are suffering jobless growth. Although we are having the 2nd biggest labour force in the world. But are not vocationally trend suffering from poor skills wage insecurity and there is hardly any skill development fom them. Reason for job crisis in India- employment under working but open for part time job Or wages are not praportional to the skilled acquired. Means lack of adequate labour demand and low wage economic structure. Unemployment under- very low productivity in agriculture and lot of impact weather. Informal sector, low skilled workforce automation, poor implementation of contract enforce. Vulnerability of migration worker cause- rapid urbanization, rural urban decide, caste disqualification. Many worker live in slum areas, self employed labour, informal sector and unskilled labour. Magration became- chhattisgarh, Assam, Bihar, MP, Odisha, UP, jharkhand. Total labour force participation rate 57% in self employed 57%, casual labour 21.8% and regular salary wage 20.9%.Now you can understand better indias job crisis, always struggle poor people . If we want long term solution then increase employment rate growth, upgrade vocational training and infrastructure, manufacturing sector labour intensive approach, non form industries, capital intensive increase. We all know that mostly law derived but not honestly implement company pvt member and so on. Lot of problem phase by poor people. Today's time inflation increase in city and rural areas both and poor people phase lot of problems. Mostly people want to job but in market not respected job and wage. Mental desease/ illness/ disorder are caused by genetic ,biological, economic, social, environmental. If it is not diagnosed/ cared/ recognised then create major problem i.e domestic violence, antisocial behaviour, loss of productiveness and lot of marginalized and stigmatized.
