Rising social violence or sex violence against women in india

We all know status of women in India during various time frame in ancient time. Vedic era maitrey and gargi and medieval times women highly vulnerable jauhar sati and purdah system in India. Modern era starting period of industrialization, emancipation means free from any restrictions. 


 Vulnerability of women in india-gender discrimination, a larger of patriarchal mindset politically, socially, economically and psychologically. Women have a very poor labour force participation rate. Economic gap between men and women. Women more dependent on male for their economic well being. Proper right based approach not there for women in India. We want follow Welfare based approach reservation in lok sabha and rajya sabha and other place, we increase capacity development on inclusive growth. Why if you in politics then attain only well successful women on post in lok sabha and so on.company not pay equal wage salary in construction women workers and many place. Women are living in different circumstances. Violence affected area sexual assaults, trafficking women or adolescent girl, social riots, ethnic violence in manipur. If you see in public policies women living very hostile condition, general desease. Women use in bonded agriculture labourers, acid attacked women, slum dwellers areas women condition, whose family has internally displaced. Let's tell you double vulnerable dalit women, women prisoner, landless single women, uneducate women condition is very poor. Don't ask anybody his situation and blame many people.our Constitution provide provision for women in India i.e article 14,15(3), 16,42,51A, 243D(3),and 106th constitutional amendment. But indias poor quality education maximise women aware your right. Government provide many law i.e surrogacy act 2017,maternity benefit act 2017, hindu marriage Act 1956 . But indias Orthodox mindset joint root level not only men but equal participation women.                National crime record bureau (NCRB) - says social crime against women increase. Women says we don't have safe public place, workplace, enforcement agencies.Rape is a cognizable offence BNS( bhartiya nyay sanhita) 63 to 73 sexual offence against women and other body part touch then give punishment. Consent does not means misconception of fact but malafide intention does not applicable. We all know in India death penalty against sex violence rarest of the rare case.We need protect him multiple type social hierarchy mindset and provide equal justice and dignity. If women grow then our country economy boost, we want encourage participation of women in all sector . Most important word in education learn how we earn money not unnecessary knowledge. We want to follow European education. Today's lots of near degree but not job. Mental desease/ illness/ disorder are caused by genetic ,biological, economic, social, environmental. If it is not diagnosed/ cared/ recognised then create major problem i.e domestic violence, antisocial behaviour, loss of productiveness and lot of marginalized and stigmatized.
