The others side of development: Mobility is the key

Social change often leads to social structure. Social mobility is the key factor changes of economic awareness opportunity but lack of development in village, district, state and nation. Mainly focus in rural areas, let's understand detailed situation in rural villages. If I talk well educated and qualitative educated person. They don't want live in rural areas. If they get job then firstly think I don't live in village. We all know many irregularities in villagers. No opportunity no we environment in literacy and so on. Mainly live in rural areas illiterate people, poor people. Our Constitution provide panchayatiraj people well excited and and other places go to voting period and many development provide government by panchayatiraj system. I research in uttar Pradesh many villages and see lot of development provide gram pradhan and other system talk about MP,MLA,, Zila parishad and zila panchayat only see in village voting period after winning, they never see front of villages.some exept gram pradhan related to village and his front lot of challenges by rural people and  supportive. Government or central government, state government provide lot of scheme but limited. I explain in educated people they don't raise your voice and many raise they benefited. I  explain in educated people with out any gaining. It's place feel some space those individual who well educated and quality level educated.They lot of help grow in village without any money support. They helped infrastructure creation, road maintaining, education care, awareness and so on. But don't live in village and do care village. So lots of corruption ongoing by department of government system MP, MLA, zila panchayat, zila parishad. Many department want to help but mainly cause they don't raise your voice. If talk about literate and illiterate people voice. Literate people voice documented, humble and join lot of requested but illiterate people voice undocumented, unhumble, and adding aggression. Who create disruption in development. I talking many individual says this village scheduled caste, that village scheduled tribes. It's place maximise irregularities main cause they not well educated and economically less stable, feel discourage and don't raise your voice systematically. So many cases bear disruption.I belonged in rural areas and talk about my village road past 10 years don't repair and conditions is too bad, many people doing road repair help demand , goes many political parties but don't repair help and continue running villagers people but undocumented. I try documented and legally system by system, I file lots of application finally my village road repair completed with in under 4 month. Then I think lot of development possible in rural areas, if well educated people want. I solve many irregularities in village. I am only 24 years old boy. If many educated people don't leave village if leave but some care your village then lot of development and ongoing irregularities can stop. Rural people get directly benefited by the government schemes. We understand if any educated people and richer people move village to district, district to state and state to nation and nation to other country. Village and nation try to stop those people says don't loose your connection with our village. Your help always need we, please don't create his village against jealous, hatred. Wherever we go progress will follow. Social mobility effect positive and negative both, social mobility increase living of standard, opportunity, modern life style, changing values but can weaken the social bonds and traditional culture of rural communities. Indias many villages changing shape to help of educated and richer people. If some help then emerge From the interaction to rural people and then indigenous process of change in Indian society. If we think in some rural areas then then our village grow in fast track manner. Firstly develop our root village and some educate people spend you brain in rural development.neither continue running process other side development.                        Hum badhe to sath gaav aur desh ki vikas ko bhi badhayenge, bhatkenge zaroor par rasta bhi to hami banayenge.                                                         Written by - Aman Vikal
