Various conflict issues in north east of india

India as a country and northeast as the geographical region is always known for us ethnic diversity.due to this diverse culture various tribal communities wants to establish their ethnic supremacy and as a result of it a situation of ethnic violence is one of the harsh reality of northeast india. 
Ethnic diversity devided in to four part, due ethnic diversity of northeast their are 100 of tribal communities scattered along northeast india and for them Constitution has provided important safeguard- Protoaustraloid (santhal, bheel, gond), Dravidian, mongoloid and negrito. Under article 244 the President can declare certain area as schedule area and 6th schedule area. Schedule area came four area(1) Assam(2) meghalaya (3) Tripura (4) mizoram. In 6th schedule area autonomous district Council.    Various conflict issues in North East of India - ongoing ethnic violence in manipur, manipur in maitei society 50% live and politically more strong, live in valley area(Imphal). And 50% Naga, kuki, chin, zhomi society (ST) all. As per india Constitution their is no well definition of tribal communities in the 1961.when Madan lokur committee had described the criteria of being a tribal communities (1) primitive traits (2) geographical isolation (3) distinct culture (4) economic backwardness and less interaction with other communities. Maitei community can not buy land in hilly areas but kukies and other tribal communities can bbuy. After a controversial statement by Manipur high court the kukies and other tribal communities have a belief the Maitei are going to occupies their job and land as a result ethnic violence going on.                          Inner line permit(ILP) -is an official travel document for Indian citizens in to the protected and restricted area Mizoram, Arunanchal pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur. In the past couple of years various forest area have been reserved area and protected area as a result Kuki community has a question of livelihood and therefore they are in to ethnic violence with the Maitei community.                Reason for conflict in other parts of Northeast -The people from northeast geographically have alienated they do not have many avenues of growth and based on proper education. They do not have even enough socioeconomic opportunity. As a result they are highly vulnerable. Under section (3) of AFSPA( Arm force special power act) the Governor and central government holds the power to declare has certain area has disturbed area.                         Naga insurgency - Mother of all insurgency. 19 different tribes live in Naga council Agami zopha phizo. 2015 Naga peace accord means separate Constitution and seprate people. Article 371A- as per this provision no act of parliament shall apply to state of nagaland. If the act is against the religous and social practices of Naga people against the Naga customary law and procedure.          Administrative solution of North East - control the transnational crime, control the imperialistic objective of China. Article 371A provide special autonomy in nagaland and Manipur. Assam accord purpose should be followed lot of caution specially section (6) under which central government cannot create any law and policy which is against the tradition and custom of assamese. Various conflict going on in the prasent time but not solving problems, our government try to solve but ground reality different. Mental disability is more danger than physical disability

Mental desease/ illness/ disorder are caused by genetic ,biological, economic, social, environmental. If it is not diagnosed/ cared/ recognised then create major problem i.e domestic violence, antisocial behaviour, loss of productiveness and lot of marginalized and stigmatized. National mental health survey(NMHS) finding of suffering from mental illness increase. Suffering mostly- any type stress disorder and neurological disorder.
