Why the Aravalli range matters important to the world

The Aravalli range also play an important role in protecting the environment. Aravalli mountains were formed 1.5 to 2 billion years ago. Much older than Himalaya, Andes and Alps. Aravalli mountains range is not just important for India but also for the world.  
  
Over 90% of ARAVALLIS will be out of legal protection, services provide ARAVALLIS (1)wild life corridor (2) barrier against desertification (3) ground water recharge       ARAVALLIS- Precambrian era tiger reserve RANTHOMBORE, SARISKA and MUKUNDRA hills. Aravalli mountain cover  four states/UT Gujrat, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi. ARAVALLIS rich in minerals marble granite, DOLMITE. ARAVALLIS ecological sensitive zone, it's support biodiversity, recharge ground water and regulate climate across northern India. Mining in ARAVALLIS support livelihoods and also contribute to state revenue particularly in Rajasthan. Many communities in these areas mining one of the few available sources of employment. Management plan sustainable mining needs to be finalized before any new mining is granted according to supreme Court order. Degradation of ARAVALLIS (1) worsen air pollution in cities (2) accelerate desertification (3) fragmentation of wildlife corridor will intensity man- animal conflict and increase soil erosion.it is policy making legitimizes the adoption of preventive measure to address potential risk to the public environment. Associated certain activities and policies enables policy makers to adopt precautionary measure. Scientific measure about an human health and hazard uncertain. Supreme court(SC) December 2025 order which excepted and change definition of ARAVALLIS hills sustain and scientific community. SC has accepted a uniform definition of ARAVALLIS under which landform rising at least 100m above the surrounding TARAIN would qualify as ARAVALLIS hills range  would be recognize such hills occurred with in 500m of each other. Intention was to resolve long standing and ambiguities. Which has complicated enforcement mining restrictions across Aravalli states. Conceptual error in coming up uniform definition for ARAVALLIS based only a alleviation. Aravalli was not young and steep who ecologically value can be inferred ,can be height alone. They are ancient eroded and fragmented formation whose ecologically function reside in continuity rather than prominent. It leaves over 90% ARAVALLIS outside formal legal protection as per the new definition.               
 SC ban on mining in 2009- blanket ban was imposed on mining in Faridabad Gurgaon and Mewat district of Haryana. In 2024- SC says prohibited granting of fresh mining leases and renewals across ARAVALLIS range and directed control empowered committee to conduct a detailed examination. Aravalli green wall initiative- inspired by Africa great green wall. It's aim is to restore more than 1.1 million hectare's of degraded land in ARAVALLIS hills by 2027. Steps needed scientific mapping, prohibit illegal mining, surveillance and use technology drones satellite images. ARAVALLIS green wall mining management plan for sustainable mining. SC of India has taken important step protect the Aravalli mountain range. Court said world oldest mountain ranges and protecting the natural heritage of future generations.

Mental desease/ illness/ disorder are caused by genetic ,biological, economic, social, environmental.
