Why in news delimitation:significant of delimitation

Delimitation means fixing the boundary of territorial constituencies. In the constituent assembly debate it was decided that number of Lok Sabha seats allocated to each state and division of each state in to territorial constituency would be decided by parliament alone. Article 82 after every census allocation of seat in Lok Sabha and division of each state in to territorial constituency shall be readjusted by such authority which has been created v/a parliament law. Simply say- Lok Sabha boundary can be readjusted every year Lok Sabha seat increase or decrease. Decision taken by delimitation commission can not be challenge any court, take decision majority.    The work for delimitation commission-(1) it determine the number of Lok Sabha seat and legislative seat every state as per the latest census. (2) They have the power to determine or readjust the territorial boundaries of various constituency Lok Sabha and legislative. (3) They also determine and identify the number of seat to be reserved for SC & ST as per article 330&332. Delimitation commission work for one vote one person, one value"            
      Let's Analysis of delimitation commission power-since Lok Sabha seat can only be adjusted as per article 81 with says` ratio between the number Lok Sabha seats allocated to each state and the population of that state should practically be same for all the state. 20 lakh population- 1 Lok Sabha seat. Uttar Pradesh 24 Cr population= 120 Lok Sabha seat, TAMILNADU 8 Cr population= 40 Lok Sabha seat. Southern states which has done good governance impact by reducing overall fertility rate by improving the socio economic indicator. They should be given due advantage in the next proposed delimitation commission. 42nd amendment and 84th amendment should be nullify. 1952-500 Lok Sabha seat, then 1963-522 Lok Sabha seat and then 1972-545 Lok Sabha seat. 42nd amendment in no delimitation till 2001.84th amendment in no delimitation till 2026. 87th amendment of Indian Constitution need to be appreciated. Under 87th amendment total number of seat in Lok Sabha and legislative assembly shall not be change but electoral constituency can be readjusted for the provision of SC/ST reservation article 330&332 as per 2001 census. Concern-(1) regional disparity between northern and southern states where northern states which did not prioritize population control are expected to benefit by gaining more seat after delimitation at the expense of southern states. Demographic dividend- it refers to economic growth potential that arises when a countries working age population 15 to 64 yrs, become significantly larger then it's dependent population (children and elderly). this typically result from declining fertility and morality rates feeding to a lower dependency ratio. National population register (NPR) objective is to create a comprehensive data base every usual residents in the country. 1st NPR was prepare in 2010 and updated in 2015.NPR is conducted by registrar general of India under ministry of home affair. I create better background on delimitation. Now you can understand better situation ongoing debate in Parliament.

Mental desease/ illness/ disorder are caused by genetic ,biological, economic, social, environmental.
