Panchayat Ghar : The center of village administration

 In india the Panchayatiraj system are found in one form or another during the ancient,medielval and modern period.the tenure of lord ripon during the british period from 1881 to 1884 is considered the golden age of panchayatiraj.he expand the local bodies after independence,part 4,article 40 of the indian constitution and farming gram panchayats and granting them powers but not given constitutional status.our father of nation Mahatma Gandhi said india devolop focus bottom to top but not care our first prime minister his approch devolop top to bottom.but 1957 recommendation of a three tier panchayatiraj system by the formation of Balwant Rai Mehta Committee.and 2 october 1959 prime minister jawahar lal nehru start panchayatiraj system in Rajasthan but not get success panchayatiraj system.but constitutional status was granted by the 73rd and 74th constitutional amendment 1992.In the 11th schedule part 9 and article 243,16 laws and 29 functions have been described.the panchayatiraj act is the constitution of gram sabha.To ensure their participation in the all around devolopment of villages.gram sabha for every panchayat circle and every person registered in the electoral rolls.however a meeting of the gram sabha can be called within 15 days of a requisition or demand made by 1/10 of the total members of the gram sabha as required by panchayat samiti,zila parishad and state government.lets talk about our Sarpanch,The sarpanch directly elected by the people and is the head of the gram panchayat,they also known as first citizen of the respective village.sarpanch fulfilling their commitment to the village.sarpanch availbility and accountability task of reviewing and assisting in village devolopment plans.lets talk about Gram Pradhan,just as the sarpanch is the head of the panchayat samiti exactly the same way gram pradhan is the head of panchayat samiti.pradhan is the most important or supreme public representative.the public addresses them as pradhanji.more than 70% of india population lives in villages.therefore self governance at the rural level holds special importance.the real success of democracy lies in ensuring public participation at all levels of  governance.lets talk about Panchayat Ghar and his function,a panchayat ghar is the administrative and community centre of the gram panchayat.it may used meeting ,training, and public awareness.it help supervise and monitor panchayat levels work and panchayat coordinate village cleanliness,waste management and sanitation.I research in many village and found village student go panchayat ghar and read book like a library.many people tell me that make easily residence certificate,caste certificate and help make birth certificate.I seen many village or government start making ration home.I found many devoloped activities in rural areas and people easy contact,awareness and digitally create more tranceparency.todays time people talk about digital india,people saying people justice people hand.but todays time seeing in large number people mind control means what is or what is not speak conflicting between eachothers.but today panchayat ghar is centre of village administration.villagers can raise complaints and problems related to local services and others work.todays time many devolopmental work running in village i.e water pipe,ration home,plantation and VBG RAMG.ruling government focus devolopment according to gram panchayat,panchayat sahayak and so on. panchayat sahayak very important play in SIR(special intensive revision),caste census.panchayat sahayak maximum work do in panchayat ghar. the system of self governance by local administration is called local self government.there are two core reasons for local self government first this system makes governance democratic at the grassroot level second it enables the participation of local people,while also giving people knowledge of the art of governance.the role of local people is important in local self government because they understand local problems better and can easily found solution and in these work help panchayat ghar,why people easily gathering and talking problem and get solution.
