Rural women:The unsung heroes of our society

 Lets talk about our rural women and tribal women in our society lotoff hardwork but dont pay in your family .many tribal women comen work uttar pradesh and other state do lot off work in construction site and a brick from a brick kiln.I am go explaining rural women which work in field work i.e removing weeds in the field is weeding,raising animals is animal husbandry and milking cows or buffaloes is milking.all women only responsibility that child caring and make educate to our child.many work in field but women dont occtain income and dont add government budget.many people says this is casual work but dont give enough respect.we all know like other society ,women lot off exploit in in family and husband home.I seen in rural areas women dont send other place that you are read.but if seen boys then occtain lot off boys go quata,kanpur and delhi and read.If I respect women hardwork then we can feel women struggle,wake up early morning and cook food and ready do boys and girl send school. then work animal husbandry and taken cows and buffaloes milk.mostly handicraft rice and wheat do by women,if self field work then occtain income but if other field work then late octain income.do you know that tribal women live in the scoching sun at brick kilns,wearing just a dhoti,inside a tiny tin house?I have seen many who are pregnant and found working continuously at the brick kiln,and the baby is also born right there.those women come from Chhattisgarh,Jharkhand and Bihar.I talked to them many times and learned a lot.they say we are Adivasi(indigenous people)and live in the jungle.the forest department looks after the place,I asked them how they earn a living. they said they do small jobs and manage to get by.I asked them what type help government body they tell me multiple type help us but many officers dont pay attention and some help us.but they tell me some good thing they tell me if any person which is our place,if someone does not have enough land to build a house,we give them land to live on.I asked them what respect women have at your place and they replied,they are just like us,but felt something was fishy.Then I of their poverty,people stay drunk on mahua liquor the whole day.lets come to our village and talk about many thing which is continue running our village and face our village women,todays time rice crop weeding then ready crop and running rice handicraft.mostly handicraft rice and wheat do women. people talk about women,If women are not in the village,planting and harvesting rice becomes very difficult,as farming depends entirely on them while men go outside to work and only women remain in the village.we see that whether it is harvesting or field cleaning,women gets less income everywhere.Even after doing all thing,women still give equal respect to men and walk shoulder to shoulder with them .only women can devolop our country,whether it is in the field of education or any other sector.we also understand women struggle and equal pay respect.if a women is not in the house,it feels desolate and no matter how big the house is,it has no existance.decoration and coolness are reflected in a home only because of women.
